How do I unsubscribe on an iOS app?

To unsubscribe from a subscription purchased through the App Store:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then select Subscriptions.
  3. Find TenderTalk in the list.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Will I still have access after I cancel?

Yes. After canceling, you will retain access to TenderTalk Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund for my subscription?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple.

How do I resubscribe?

You can resubscribe anytime by opening TenderTalk, going to the Upgrade section, and following the prompts.

How do I delete all my data?

You can delete your TenderTalk data and all associated data directly from the app:

  1. Open the TenderTalk app.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy Controls in the menu.
  3. Select Delete all my data.
  4. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently remove your profile, conversations, and stored data.
Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
